MENTAL HEALTH AND STAYING HEALTHY

  • According to Safe Work Australia most jobs involve some psychosocial hazards. These are the hazards that can harm workers’ mental health.

Under the model WHS laws, a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU), such as an employer, must manage psychosocial risks (e.g. risks to mental health) at work.

BUT WHY IS MANAGING MENTAL HEALTH AT WORK REALLY IMPORTANT?

When an organization is accountable and responsible in all areas regarding its people, it then is looking after the entire health of the company.

This program looks at personal management tools for mental health along with the psychological health of teams. It uses eastern principals and Neuro Semitics to help your team create deep personal shifts.

LEARNING TO LEAD WITH HEART

  • This leadership program is fresh and innovative.

In 2010 a study was carried out by Steven M. Morris, Ph.D., to determine whether people trained in "heart coherence" could energetically facilitate coherence in other people who were in close proximity, and the results from the study indicated that when people were placed in small groups of four, where one was not trained in heart coherence, the heart coherence levels of the untrained individual elevated; in addition, increased feelings of emotions and comfort among the group were highlighted. The study concluded that heart-to-heart connections can enhance levels of coherence among others around you.

With this in mind, organizations can bring shifts into their business and move toward increasing "heart-empowered" leaders and employees, and with this, they can experience benefits, such as more authentic communication, increased energy and productivity, more creativity and better decision-making, which have already been seen by the HeartMath Institute.

This program leads the way in transforming how we relate in business and how our business relates to the world.
